Consistent with the objectives of the State and the European Union, the operation aims to contribute to the increase in the number of entrepreneurs supported in the Guadeloupe region over 2019-2021. The creators can be accompanied by the association at all stages of the life of their project, upstream of its implementation until its consolidation in order to improve its quality to allow its sustainability. Under this project, the beneficiaries are people excluded from the labour market, wishing to create their own jobs. These are primarily job seekers, social minimum recipients, working poor and inactive, women, young people, especially those from priority neighbourhoods and project leaders with a migrant background. Business creation by people who create their own jobs is a response to the crisis contributing to reducing the number of unemployed and avoiding the social cost to communities.
