The operation provides support to young people (from the age of 16) or adults with disabilities, recognised by the Commission on Rights and Autonomy of Persons with Disabilities (CDAPH). This initiative is built as an “out-of-walls” device that can be used in the department’s four CFAs in support of and in collaboration with existing common law mechanisms. Specifically, the operation includes actions oriented in two directions: For the benefit of the public wishing to access employment through learning: Through preparatory actions promoting access to apprenticeships, through training pathways, in the ordinary environment, closer to their home, adapted to their situation and enabling them to obtain a V-level diploma (CAP) or higher, giving them access to vocational training. For the benefit of the already learning audience: Through actions promoting educational adaptation and compensation for disability, in CFA and in companies.
