Overall support is a form of follow-up and support for jobseekers. Intensive and personalised support is carried out simultaneously by a social worker of the Department and a Pôle emploi counsellor based on a shared employment/social diagnosis. The support is based on the volunteering of the job seeker. The two professionals ensure a coordinated follow-up of the actions they have proposed in their respective fields of intervention. The duration of the accompaniment is 6 months renewable and can be adjusted by mutual agreement. The employment adviser and the social work professional of the Department are co-responsible for the articulation of the course and its realisation. Local coordination between the departments of the Employment Centre and those of the Department is being put in place for a regular follow-up. This project is carried out jointly with Pôleemploi; however, each organisation submits its own grant application.
