If the operation is broken down into separate actions, cite their title and explain the link between these actions for the implementation of your project (the content of the actions will be the subject of a fact sheet per action) The journey, defined as the mobilisation of resources and resources coordinated and concerted with the person and his environment, is the medium to achieve a social and professional objective (more or less long term). Co-leader of the course with the participant, the Course Reference builds and implements with the person the relevant course with regard to the integration objectives set and contractualised in the form of a contract of engagement. Based on the strengths and difficulties identified during the reception of the participant, the Referent proposes an action plan to the participant. The different commitments of the participant and the Referent are as follows: The Referent engages with the participants in a contract whose objectives are accepted by the three parties (the participant, the Referent and the PLIE Animation Team); The Referent defines with each participant a personalised integration path according to his/her project and capacity; The Referent provides individualised support throughout the participant’s entire integration journey by meeting him/her at regular intervals; The Referent assesses the progress of the individual project at each stage and determines the next step, in a short time, and formalises these ABC ViEsion steps; The Referent works directly with the operators involved in the different stages of the journey; The Referent evolves the participant’s demand by studying its transferable know-how on similar professions; The Referent works the professional project by focusing its activity on the skills acquired or to be acquired; The Referent informs for each participant the conditions of employability from the job sheets (ROME); The Referent ensures close follow-up to the participant and in any case: at its request, in case of difficulty, during each new stage; The Referent participates in meetings of referees, the Accreditation Committee and the trainings organised by the PLIE Animation Team; The Referent shall transmit to the animation team the qualitative elements of the integration paths necessary for the implementation of the programming; The mission includes a reserve obligation regarding the confidential information provided by the participants; The information transmitted to the partners is subject to the agreement of the person concerned; The Referent will be entrusted by the PLIE animation team, the follow-up of one or more Municipalities of the Metropolis (external permanences). To allow the inhabitants of the Member Communes to benefit from this service, the Referent intervenes on meeting beaches in areas of Clermont Auvergne Métropole, in particular priority neighbourhoods with a variable intensity to be specified according to the number of persons targeted. The PLIE Course Reference must be a privileged contact point for the Commune on issues relating to integration and employment and likely to link with the partners concerning the courses and stages of the course implemented (helped contracts, additional training...). The Course Referent may also be entrusted with the following complementary tasks: Follow-up to one or more Classic or Integration Companies. Follow-up of one or more actions initiated by the PLIE or one of the PLIE partners (participation in various meetings, follow-up of partnership actions etc.). Face-to-face working time with participants is the core business of Course References, complementary missions should only represent a limited working time of the Referents under the supervision of the PLIE Animation Team. The common legal stages (service, training, hiring aid...) are mobilised primarily by the Referents.
