In view of the economic and social context which increases the vulnerability and precariousness of the female population, the CTG, as the head of the integration measures for the beneficiaries of the RSA, wishes to implement an experimental scheme entitled ‘Enhanced support for women far from employment’. This project aims to provide a lever for social cohesion through an individualised and strengthened path to promote social and professional inclusion. The implementation of this operation will be deployed within the 4 territorial agencies of Guyana which cover the whole territory. The proposed measures aim to meet the social and/or professional needs that will be diagnosed during the individual interviews between the sole referent and the user. Support and support aimed at the social and professional integration of isolated women, young girls and mothers, migrant women and those who are far from the world of work requires the establishment of tools to improve the employability of women in search of employment and or difficulties in their integration: The action is as follows: Support in administrative procedures for access to rights and social security, housing, mobility or financial assistance to meet unforeseen and urgent expenses. Social and family autonomy (autonomy and financial management workshop, pedagogical workshop on parenting. or all types of initiatives promoting the articulation of working and family life times, in particular by removing obstacles to sustainable integration) Personal mobilisation towards employment (definition of a professional project Reinvigoration workshop, self-esteem, self-confidence...) Access to training offers from the territory Positioning on job offers helped Support in a process of entrepreneurship Support is over a period of 3 to 12 months.
