In this context and in order to prevent a succession of waves of the epidemic, the clinic Les Eaux Claires has committed to the Regional Health Authority to maintain solutions for the management of COVID-19 patients. Therefore, the clinic must organise itself in order to provide a more adapted response to the viral problem and best respond to the problems raised by COVID-19. This adaptation is intended to be sustainable. Indeed, the implementation times of vaccine and therapeutic solutions can be long and complex. The project therefore follows three main axes: 1- Provide resources to increase patient management capacity in emergencies 2- Arming a CMTE unit to carry out the first resuscitation actions 3- Arming a COVID medicine unit for oxygenated patients
