PROGRAMMING PLAICE SOUTH 2021

As a whole, the project is structured around five axes: Offering individualised accompaniment within the framework of courses adapted to the needs of the public in the territory of the South Espace With an increasing unemployment for several years, the post-covid crisis to come, there is no doubt that the population in poverty is bound to increase. The very reinforced accompaniment of the participants is a tailor-made accompaniment carried out by a course referent. It is carried out in a network with the actors of the territory, articulating individual and collective actions. Each course is adapted to the needs of the person who engages in a process of professionalisation. For this, we must continue by proposing a pluralistic offer to accompany and better take charge of the diversity of potential participants in the territory, by: — Strengthening dialogue, communication and partnership to make the action of the PLIE more readable by the Elus, the institutions, the economic actors and the target population. — Mobilising community stakeholders more strongly in order to identify and motivate people with institutional breakdowns to re-integrate themselves into an integration process. 2. Adapting and developing the training offer to encourage the acquisition of skills With a very high proportion of target audience with a very low level of qualification, promoting access to qualified or certifying training is a major challenge. Indeed, the territory of the Espace Sud has a large pool of labour with skills gaps and therefore cannot meet the needs of the companies in the territory. In addition, labour needs in certain sectors of activity are not met. The aim will be to continue the approach started in 2020 aimed at: Facilitate access to the locally offered training offer Design a local training architecture based on employers’ requirements and adapted to the target audience Implement specific training actions related to identified organisations Communicating with participants on the available training offer. Set up training activities and activities to discover the professions in the pre-identified sectors Design in partnership with the actors of vocational training a pedagogical offer appropriate to the needs of the workforce of the region Better use of professional skills and skills by mobilising the existing tools and by initiating permanent and continuous evaluation workshops and methods Put in place actions to combat illiteracy to enable the acquisition of skills Combating illectronism by acquiring digital passes the challenges in terms of the economic development of the South Space make it possible to consider the development of a local offer of integration through economic activity. Through this programming, the PLIE is part of a real process of identifying and mobilising projects intended to generate a new job offer as part of the integration through economic activity and more generally of the social and solidarity economy. The approach consists of: — Identify and identify the appropriate sectors to be used in order to develop an attractive and socially beneficial integration offer – Proposing the employment of PLIE participants in the context of the purchase of integration and qualification benefits 4- Structure preparation and integration for employment Although essential, integration jobs will not be sufficient to prepare participants for integration for sustainable employment. The actions implemented must make it possible to: Define, structure and support measures to prepare or integrate into employment according to the local labour market and the expectations of companies (temporary or seasonal work) and specific audiences (women, seniors & #8230;) Formalise and animate partnerships in the context of forward-looking management of jobs and territorial skills: measures in favour of undertakings; public actors in employment and economic development; employees and especially young people and seniors 5- Mailler the territory to have an equivalent offer in all the municipalities of the territory of the South Espace The PLIE as a tool for the implementation of local employment policy must be part of a real approach of partnerships and collaboration with the municipalities. These will be: Facilitate access to information to all actors in the territory to better understand the solutions proposed to all eligible audiences for which they are responsible (elected, CCAS, social actors …) Organise effective and regular communication
