As at 01/01/2021, the tasks are divided as follows: — Territorial managers (2 FTEs) provide all the CLAS (Local Admission and Monitoring Commission) necessary to verify the appropriateness of bringing the prescribed public back to the PLIE and to enhance the accompaniment pathways carried out. In the same way, they provide daily support to career referees and responsible for relations undertaken on the side of support for the public. This daily work is complemented by numerous meetings with all or some of the referents of the territory’s reinforced employment path and responsible for relations with companies. Through their expertise, they coordinate the referents on the training theme in order to facilitate the mobilisation of training stages in the courses of the participants. PLIE territorial managers are also responsible for the award of public contracts deemed necessary to improve integration pathways. The two territorial managers are more generally in charge of piloting and deploying the PLIE in their sub-territories, PLIE course engineering, course action engineering (training, collective actions). Consistent support for the information and professionalisation of local actors is also an inherent part of their mission. For several years, it has been realised by the creation of information support Actu PLIE, the design and feeding of an information partnership site dedicated to professionals of socio-professional integration of the territory (see action sheet site www.parcoursemploi-bassingrenoblois.org) and by the monthly drafting of thematic newsletters on the specific field of training. This role also requires numerous meetings with the partners and beneficiaries of the EIPP. — the assistant dedicated to this project (1 FTE) is responsible for all the tasks of assembly of the meetings mentioned, follow-up of letters and contracts of employment. It supports the preparation of the various bodies, in particular CLAS and ensures the capture of information about participants’ journeys on the ABC ViEsion software. — The administrator of the ABC ViEsion database (1 FTE) intervenes daily on the route tracking tool, which is the basis of the course engineering improvement team’s work to improve the quality of the courses and develop appropriate course stages. The team also has an Innovative Projects Officer (1 FTE) to define, plan and promote the implementation of the actions necessary for the emergence of projects aimed at the integration of the most difficult people. The various peripheral obstacles to employment are being worked and different work streams can be more specifically engaged. In 2021, the main project will be the preparation of the experimental project of zero long-term unemployed territory; Finally, a set of services complements the intervention of the proposed project, in particular by the development of stages of the journey that enrich the latter.
