The operation concerns the implementation of paramedical training activities authorised by the Community. These actions meet the local training needs of qualified professionals in line with the Regional Health and Social Training Scheme (SRFSS). The training activities are implemented by the Institutes of Health Studies (IES) of the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de La Réunion (CHUR), by the training institutes of the Association Saint François d’Assises (ASFA) and by the training institute of the Ecole des métiers à la Personne (EMAP). These three structures are authorised by the region at the end of the authorisation procedure provided for by the Law of 13 August 2004 and the Decree of 31 July 2009. They take place between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2021. The operation concerns 34 training actions and aims to train a forecast of 3,322 learners for 2020 and 2021, broken down as follows: Year 2020: 1,672 participants Year 2021: 1660 participants The courses range from level 3 to 6 and result in the award of 9 diplomas validated by a State department (DEETS, University), namely: State Diploma of Aid – Careant (CHUR North and South); Diploma of State of Nursing (CHUR North and South); State Diploma of Sage-Women (CHUR Nord); State Diploma of Ambulance (CHUR Nord); State Diploma of Auxiliary of Puériculture (ASFA and CHUR Sud); State Diploma of Puériculture (ASFA); State Diploma of Ergotherapist (ASFA); State Diploma of Masso-Kinésitherapy (CHUR); State Diploma of Psychomotrician (EMAP). All the training courses leading to these diplomas are governed by ministerial decrees which specify in particular the blocks of competences, the hourly volumes and the methods of validation.
