Consistent with the objectives of the State and the European Union, the operation aims to contribute to the increase in the number of entrepreneurs supported in Réunion and to the development and consolidation of the companies thus created. Entrepreneurs can be accompanied by the association at all stages of the life of their project, upstream of its implementation, until its consolidation in order to improve its quality to allow its sustainability. Under this project, the beneficiaries are people excluded from the labour market, wishing to create or maintain their own employment through the creation or development of an enterprise. These are primarily job seekers, the working poor, the self-employed and the inactive, women and young people, especially those from priority neighbourhoods. The creation or development of enterprises by people who create their own jobs is a response to the crisis helping to reduce the number of unemployed and to avoid the social cost to communities.
