Strengthening skills through the quality approach and obtaining the LUCIE label of the MFR network

1/Qualite DEMARCHE “Qualiopi” the quality certification mark of the providers of training activities It aims to attest to the quality of the process implemented by the providers of actions contributing to the development of skills, whether they are training actions, skills checks, actions to validate the experience gained or training actions by apprenticeship. Decree n°2019-564 of 6 June 2019 determines the criteria of the national benchmark on the quality of vocational training activities and will enter into force on 1 January 2022. The criteria of the national benchmark are as follows: Criterion 1: The conditions for informing the public about the services offered, the deadlines for accessing them and the results obtained Criterion 2: The precise identification of the objectives of the proposed services and the adaptation of these benefits to the beneficiary public when designing the services Criterion 3: Adaptation to the public beneficiaries of the services and arrangements for reception, accompaniment, monitoring and evaluation implemented Criterion 4: The adequacy of pedagogical, technical and management resources to the services implemented Criterion 5: The qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of the staff responsible for implementing the services Criterion 6: Registration and investment of the provider in his professional environment Criterion 7: Compiling and taking into account the assessments and complaints made by the parties involved in the services provided 2/DEMARCHE LABELLISATION: Lucie 26000 MFR Lucie 26000 MFR is an RSO (Societal Responsibility of Organisations) label. This label is based on the ISO 26000 standard, which aims to support organisations in a CSR/RSO approach for the environment and for people, so that they realise the impacts of their activity. The ISO 26000 standard was inspired by the founding texts such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention of the International Labour Organisation. The label is based on six major strategies: The establishment of responsible associative governance The development of responsible relations and working conditions Preservation of the environment The development of ethics in relations with partners and suppliers The support of each person in the framework of the education and training project The vision of local development and the general interest
