Reinforced support for audiences far from the creation of activity via the test of their creation project as part of the incubating system

The company incubator “REU.SIT.” is dedicated to the reception and individualised support/training of future entrepreneurs. In particular, it wishes to be a tool of proximity for a population far from the traditional economic world. The aim is to offer project owners a place of legal accommodation that allows them to check in real size the viability of the activity in its human dimensions (human/project adequacy) and economic (project adequacy/economic environment). A draft incubator may be considered as soon as it appears that a trial period is essential to verify the feasibility of the project, as conventional support is ineffective due to: either particular difficulties related to the creator’s profile, who, although a project holder and possessing minimum know-how, are failing to return to paid or self-employed activity under the usual conditions, or the atypical or innovative nature of an activity (cultural activities or new emerging professions), which requires a prior verification of its feasibility and viability. In other words, the incubating system appears as an opportunity for all project owners who do not have the skills related to the functions of manager (accounting, taxation, social, contractual,...) but also for those who need to verify the viability/profitability of his activity (if he will be able to generate sufficient turnover and profit to meet the various charges as well as the payment of his salary). The reception within the incubator also aims at a pedagogical objective of learning entrepreneurial skills, in real production situations. This is a transition period allowing for a gradual transition to autonomy. In this context and as part of its missions, the Couveuse allows in particular the trial contractor to: market its goods and services; develop its customer network; set up its supplier network; produce and produce commercial tools (business cards, advertising, leaflets, etc.); test its entrepreneurial abilities; acquire business management skills.
