The PLIE coordination action is aimed at only one action. Two CARO employees carry out this mission the coordinator and her assistant. Both people are part-time on this transaction. The PLIE coordination mission aims to mobilise local actors so that the most fragile audiences targeted by the PLIE can benefit from successful social inclusion. The PLIE coordination will implement the decisions of elected officials set out in the current PLIE Memorandum of Understanding. The coordination of the PLIE will have to: Coordinate the actions of PLIE career referents and monitor the progress of participants’ entry into employment pathways. Organise the traceability of PLIE journeys with stakeholders in contact with participants. Participate in the articulation of the PLIE with the other departmental interventions for inclusion, establish the link with the city contract of the territory on the employment pillar, Animate the technical bodies of the PLIE, manage the flow of participants, (watch groups, coordination meetings with local actors... ) Prepare political bodies such as the PLIE Steering Committees...) Follow the PLIE participants’ database with the beneficiaries. Help them report statistics, verify data transmitted by beneficiaries. Training users in the ABC PLIE database which they must use to participate in the regional and national bodies concerned with the PLIE, Promote local partnership, create exchanges to: To synergise the various means of accompaniment of the territory, respecting the identity of each partner, Initiate and develop working tools common to the local partners (monitoring of the public, training, information, evaluation & #8230;). Take account of cross-cutting priorities in their actions, in particular in relation to gender equality, equal opportunities,
