In 2021, the proposed action programme is part of a path logic that makes it possible to provide support at each stage of life of a young creator or takeover company. Thus the actions deployed in individual and/or collective support of a participant will depend on his needs and the stage of progress of his/her creation or recovery project. Entry into the course can be made before the creation or resumption or after a maximum of 3 years of seniority of activity. The journey of accompaniment to the creation and takeover of companies and sustainability of the activities created in the territory of Aubagne La Ciotat, led by Initiative Pays d’Aubagne La Ciotat, consists of 6 complementary actions that can be mobilised at every moment of the life of the company. 6 actions that can be mobilised in the course of a manager: Individual interviews with a Chargé d’affaires: individual support for the emergence of a project and perpetuating an activity Individual support to the transfer/takeover of a business: individual support in the different stages of a takeover project Expert Permanences: expert support for the consolidation of the economic model Meetings Emerging Projects: meetings to support and inform the emergence of creative projects or recovery Collective meetings: information and networking meetings of project leaders and managers under 3 years Promotion of companies: communication and valorisation actions of companies under 3 years old These actions are mobilised at the request of the participants or under the advice of a member of the PACI team. Details of these actions are provided in the “action sheet” of the project. We have relied heavily on the proposed programming for the period 2018/2020 by making many adjustments in order to adapt to the context of the COVID-19 crisis and the needs expressed by the leaders we accompany. Based on these findings, we give this new program a greater dimension to the personalisation of support with the integration of individual interviews. All beneficiaries will enter into a path logic in which we can deploy a set of support solutions adapted to the specificities of the participant and his/her project. All project leaders and business leaders will be able to benefit from this journey. Priority will be given to jobseekers, inactive people, young people under 26 years of age enrolled in Local Missions, women, project leaders from priority neighbourhoods and entrepreneurs under the age of 3. In accordance with the ESF eligibility conditions, only these participants will be counted in the balance sheet of our operation. All beneficiaries of one or more actions of the course will be informed in a database from a business software provided by the national network Initiative France and on an Excel spreadsheet. The documents justifying the eligibility of the participants are collected at the entrance of the course.
