Training activities are mainly in line with the priority sectors identified in the CPRDFOP (Contract of Regional Plan for the Development of Training and Vocational Guidance 2018-2022) such as: digital, the ecological and energy transition, tourism, construction, medical, social and social health, automotive, agriculture. The operation provides for the implementation of 162 training activities with a view to forming a forecast of 1967 trainees. The courses range from level 3 to level 5 and result in the issuance of professional qualifications (TP), certificates of professional competence (CCP) recognised in the National Register of Vocational Certification (RNCP), professional qualification certificates (CQP) or training certificates (for pre-qualifiing courses). All training is aimed at job seekers and aims to develop their employability and skills in the labour market. An important part of this training programme is targeted at the sectors that have been most affected by the health crisis, namely tourism, construction and health and social professions. In order to become part of a more resilient society, this training programme places particular emphasis on training in the field of digital and green transition. In addition to the training activities, trainees benefit from various services, including the tasks of reception and information, counselling, guidance, recruitment, psychological support during training, accommodation, catering for trainees and follow-up and support for integration into employment. This operation also provides for the possibility for trainees enrolled in training activities, who do not have resources, to receive remuneration in order to cover the various costs incurred by the follow-up of the training.
