The mentoring programme is supported by the NFB in partnership with the Réunion Department. Under the current European Operational Programme 2014-2020, this action falls under measure 3.05 “environmental integration”. In conjunction with the Departmental Council, this mission foresees in 2021 the management of 20 teams with a total of 114 PECs. This mission foresees in 2022 the continuation of the management of 20 teams with a total of 114 ECPs throughout the year. In total, this mission foresees the management of 228 ECPs in 2021 and 2022. Each of the insertion teams is called upon to work an average of 20 hours per week on the forest yards. They actually alternate 24-hour weeks (Wednesday to Friday) and 4 p.m. weeks (Monday to Tuesday). This device allows to share the time and optimise the means between a calendar A and a calendar B: two teams A and B from the same site can thus benefit from the same vehicle and often from the same coach. In 2021 and 2022, this alternative arrangement of 2 teams A and B will not be possible on all sites and may remain according to the number of beneficiaries on a single device A or B. The additional time due to the employment contract (the single integration contracts being established at 24 or 22 hours) is managed by the employer (the departmental council) to assign meetings, accompaniments and individualised training. In order to follow a training obtained as part of his personal support, an employee may also have to be absent from the planned forest yards. A team can theoretically achieve an average of 20 hours per week for a full year, theoretically 52 x 20 = 1,040 hours. Experience, taking into account holidays, holidays, absences for training and recruitment times, shows that the reality is always lower and that an average of 900 hours of job placement for each team is a reasonable forecast. This estimate applies to the majority of teams.
