APF France handicap proposes to continue the implementation of reinforced and personalised support towards the employment of persons recognised as workers with disabilities and long-term illnesses, by carrying, training and accompanying a job referent post for the implementation of a reinforced and personalised support action. This action, implemented by the employment reference (also including the continuation of the accompaniment pathways that joined the scheme in 2020-2021) consists of: — Carry out and enable the beneficiary to make a diagnosis of his situation – Allow the beneficiary to become aware of his brakes – Contribute to the lifting of his brakes by mobilising the dedicated devices – Initiate the development and first validation of a professional project if necessary – Impulse and place the participant in a dynamic path, promoting the connection with the economic world – Supporting the implementation of job search – Fostering and securing stability in employment
