The transaction consists of two separate actions: Mobilising companies for an inclusive territory with a renewed “Charter of 1000”, led by the Employment Liaison Officers (CLEE) Contribute to the promotion of employment and integration on strategic sectors (Service for People, Ecological Transition, Industry) The main action is that of Chargé de Liaison Emploi Entreprises (CLEE), which aims to set up proximity relays, for companies, in the different territories of the Métropole de Lyon. The role of these CLEEs will be to: Offer support for the recruitment of people away from employment; Help secure jobs by promoting the integration of jobseekers; Mobilising companies to build innovative integration pathways, combining immersion, training and employment; Promote the anchoring of inclusive practices in the company’s HR and CSR policies. In addition, two other actions will be deployed to support the action of the CLEEs: By mobilising the expertise of mission leaders on raising public awareness of sectors of activity particularly in tension, by putting in place actions aimed at discovering the professions and offering training and employment opportunities; By emphasising the actions carried out on proven formats (trade meetings, job dating, large recruitment operations, etc.) allowing a return and retention in employment more sustainable and faster for those who are furthest away from it.
