Given the context and specificities of the territory, the project is built around three priority axes: 1. Strengthened and individualised accompaniment taking into account all the difficulties of the public concerned Animer and develop the PLIE partnership network, preserving the good cooperation with structures with a public service mission in supporting people towards employment; Organise and coordinate individualised job-integration pathways to employment, with increased support for participants, by developing support in employment, so as to facilitate integration into the company and thus maintain employment; Removal of peripheral obstacles to access to employment or training Remobilisation of the public on their professional project 2. Mobilising economic actors to improve the employability of disadvantaged audiences Relaunching the project engineering dimension of the PLIE by building on existing mechanisms and working towards the implementation of complementary offers to support integration pathways; Develop and structure relationships with local companies, in a network dynamic, with a view to facilitating access to employment for PLIE participants; Ensure an engineering mission in collaboration with the participating local authorities, Implementation of a GPEC service offer (predictive management of jobs and skills, … 3. Facilitate the adequacy of the integration of the public in the labour market Develop access to the stages of the journey linked to integration through the economic activity of the territory; Develop a training offer adapted to the needs of the participants, To develop work situations (immersing, internship, …) This project is aimed at audiences meeting at least one of the following criteria: Public looking for employment (whether or not registered with Pole Employment) Recipients of social minima, in particular beneficiaries of the RSA or entitled, Persons in a situation of disability whose state of health allows a return to the ordinary working environment INACTIVE In order to guarantee equal opportunities in access to employment, special attention will also be paid to: To people in employment difficulties linked to age (young people under 26 years of age, and public over 45 years), to people with low level of qualification or training, to single parents, single parents, to people without stable accommodation To the public so-called invisible, through the development of partnership and participation in the coordination committee of actors led by DIECCTE.
