This project takes the form of intensive support for young people into and in employment until integration in companies or training is consolidated. This accompaniment is implemented by an advisor dedicated to accompaniment. It should be noted that the AIJ is understood as “intensive support for young people” until 28 February 2022 and is then entitled “individualised support for young people” from 1 March 2022. The accompaniment takes place in the following phases: Identification of candidates for accompaniment; Diagnosis; The professional record, the job search strategy and the definition of the action plan; Implementation of the Action Plan; Follow-up in employment or training. The dedicated advisor will be able to modulate these phases and their content according to the need of each job seeker followed as part of the support. This intensive support will be mainly individualised, with collective phases, and lasting a maximum of 6 months. The duration can be extended in order to secure the period of integration in companies or in training. This extension may not exceed two months. In addition, counsellors may conduct individual situational interviews for job seekers referred to them by their colleagues in advance.
