The project provides for the renovation and upgrading of the various structures. It also provides for the construction of 3 private carbets. The first carbet will be built by a carpenter of the village. It will serve as a demonstration and learning support for employees. The following carbets will be built by the employees with the punctual help of the carpenter. We plan carbets of 30 m² approximately comprising 2 bedrooms and a terrace. Sanitary facilities will remain collective for reasons of sanitation and water saving. In parallel, on the central part will be set up a tidal tunnel of nearly 300 m² as well as crops in the open ground. The crops targeted are of high added value (salad, peppers, eggplants) and traditional (sweet patate, yam, cramanioc …) Site exploitation. We will be able to offer a hosting service in private or collective carbets in hammock. The employees will take care of the reception, the entrances/exits, the household. A communication plan will be put in place. The farm will sell the vegetables in short circuit (supply to the CNRS camp, sale to individuals and school kitchens …). Employees will be able to offer “short circuit” meals highlighting the heritage of the municipality (Volailles, Approuague fish, vegetables and fresh fruit) in addition to accommodation. The project provides for the financing of the management positions of the integration site while adapting the tourist offer, agricultural production, to the new health and social conditions. This project is divided into 4 Action 1: Welcome and Integration in the Workplace Action 2: Social and professional support Action 3: Training of employees in integration. Action 4: Creation of a training and local development tool.
