The project contributes, through the assignment of Pôle emploi advisers dedicated to the operation, to the implementation of comprehensive support, i.e. coordinated with a social work professional of the Territorial Collective of Martinique (CTM), for the benefit of job seekers who combine social and professional difficulties that hinder their job search. The scope of the funded operation consists of the activities of these dedicated Pôleemploi advisers. Dedicated advisors develop pathways that take more into account the social aspects, not only for the beneficiaries of the RSA, but also for all job seekers registered in Pôleemploi who need them. Social workers responsible for the social support of persons registered as jobseekers rely on the expertise of Pôle emploi advisers to promote the return to employment of the persons concerned. The upstream and endorsement of the overall accompaniment form an integral part of these actions, in particular the identification and reception of the public likely to enter the device. This project is available on several levels: — Access to a partnership resource base to enable first-level information for jobseekers facing one-off social barriers, which do not constitute a lasting obstacle to job search. Thus, in order to optimise and pool existing resources, the CTM and Pôleemploi undertake to identify and share existing social resources in order to build a resource base that will be updated regularly. It is accessible via the internal tools of Pôleemploi. — Through the implementation of comprehensive support for jobseekers experiencing professional difficulties for whom it is necessary to mobilise at the same time the social skills of the CTM. This support modality is based on the Pôle emploi advisers and the dedicated CTM agents who mobilise their respective service offerings in order to remove the brakes identified. — By directing the D.E. towards an exclusive social follow-up implemented by the CTM for jobseekers facing social difficulties, who clearly and temporarily block any approach to occupational integration.
