This reinforced support action in the context of non-formal education activities in Guyana brings together phases of identification, individual support, discovery of local professions and know-how as well as civic and intercultural training. Identification The action begins with the identification of young people throughout the Guyanese territory. To do this, Peupl’en Harmonie implements digital communication actions combining the social networks popular with young people (Instagram and Facebook), Whatsapp and email campaigns for social partners. The association is also based on its important network of local partners which facilitates the organisation of travel (making canoes available, networking, etc.), the establishment of collective information sessions and the mobilisation of young people (mobilisation of neighbourhood leaders, social mediators, etc.). Digital communication and the network of partners have played an even more important role since the onset of the health crisis, which, on the one hand, prompted young people to close themselves and, on the other hand, has reduced the scope of our (their limited) travel. The association has therefore invested more time and effort in creating visually impactful content and synthetic messages understandable by everyone, a work that has not yet been completed. These communication tools are disseminated on the web and via Whatsapp to our network and through those of our partners. Compared to the latter, it has become essential to train them as best as possible in the themes of non-formal education and solidarity and citizen engagement as vectors of socio-professional integration so that they can relay between young people and Peupl’en Harmony. We organise partnership meetings (in person or by Zoom) to raise awareness of the accompaniment paths, the training courses and the devices we offer and send them information files/synthetic sheets of our actions. When identifying actions are organised in person, the team of Peupl en Harmonie ensures that the beneficiaries have all the cards in hand so that they can then contact the association virtually (telephone, text messages, …) with confidence, the health crisis does not allow to promise with certainty to young people that the team will have to see them again quickly. Also, the information sessions are organised in the most dynamic and interactive way possible in order to create a link in a limited time. The association is also developing new ways to address its target audience directly through digital testimonial campaigns (videos, photo montages) and webinars adapted in format “live ” on social networks. The association therefore raises awareness and communicates strongly about its support system through travel, its presence on social networks and the mobilisation of its local partners. The mix of methods of tracing makes it possible to inform in a more egalitarian way about the possibilities of solidarity engagement in French Guiana and the offer of support of Peupl’en Harmonie by reaching the most socially and geographically isolated audiences. Thus, the identification is done either directly by Peupl’en Harmonie, or through a partner on site. 2. Individual support 2.a. Individual interviews and development of the personal and professional project Peupl en Harmonie conducts several interviews with each participant in order to prioritise their motivations and to develop together their personal and commitment project. In the interests of equality and as a result of the health crisis, interviews are now most often by phone or Whatsapp. Indeed, the beneficiaries come from the whole Guyanese territory and in particular from the interior of Guyana, a very isolated area. Proceeding by phone or Whatsapp allows the association to open its device to all, even if they do not reside in the vicinity of Cayenne or are part of a quarantined area. In the case of partial or almost total support by telephone, the local partners of Peupl’en Harmonie (e.g. Local Mission, Youth Information Point of Rural Areas, MFR, neighbourhood associations, etc.) are asked to support young people in their commune/village/neighbourhood (e.g. administrative procedures, printing of documents, relation to the family, …). Also, an important part of the team’s work is to support partners in understanding the association’s actions and in their project to host young volunteers on missions of general interest. In general, the health crisis reinforces the need to network in order to facilitate the accessibility of devices throughout the territory. Individual accompaniment is done in stages: Identification of needs and individual explanation of the project Construction of the project and support for administrative procedures or creation of CV Research mission Individual preparation for the engagement mission Support to the future project Long-term follow-up At least 3 individual interviews will be carried out per person to be cons
