The Experimentation Project consists, on the territory of the community of communes of the West Guyanese, on the basis of an action to identify vulnerable public no longer using the common law mechanisms of – to deploy awareness-raising activities to sectors/businesses that are promising in that territory: medicosocial, digital, cultural, SAP …. — to set up agile pathways from the project to employment or qualification training around support using digital, soft skills and inclusive practices of partner companies, supported by a wide communication component allowing to highlight the talents and skills of local youth in particular. The overall scheme is summarised in 3 phases – Identification of audiences: The public is not prescribed. our intention is “to go to”.We do not invite the public to come and meet with us, to pass a selection we answer his questioning and offer him information that encourages him to go further, to test the device & #8211; he only registers if he is convinced. — Setting up relaxation workshops: Two types of entrance workshops are offered to potential beneficiaries – These workshops are focused on Seeing, Sentiring, Touching, Doing but also on Expressing, Breathing, adapting, arguing. These “relaxing” workshops are called so because they offer a creative time that allows the beneficiary to escape from his daily life while discovering an activity, and acting. This allows him to highlight softs and life skills. This other way of looking at yourself and being watched initiates the trigger of a different entry into the labour market. — Reinforced support/GPS: our system is committed to the construction of integrated (in the sense “seamless”) and personalised courses, from remobilisation to access to employment or entry into training. These “demanding” courses may be of varying duration, from a few weeks to several months without exceeding 15 months of support. Depending on the people, their strengths, needs and motivations, enrollment in one or more sectors of activity in tension, the courses offered may take ‘various paths’ leading to employment or job-building training. At this stage of the project, they can be seen as follows: Itinerary1: Combination of emancipatory and professional accompaniment, individual and collective, and immersion periods aimed at direct employment or qualification training. Itinerary2: Combination of ‘activators’ workshops, immersion periods, emancipatory and professional support, individual and collective, aimed at direct employment or qualifying training Itinerary 3: Combination of “activators” workshops, immersion periods and training related to employability, medium and short term – these trainings are provided outside the device or if necessary, created for the device, but really to make up for a lack of territory. Itinerary 4: Medium and short term ‘Employability training’ combination, immersion periods, individual and collective professional and emancipatory coaching Precisions Immersion periods are central. They make it possible to work pratico-practical support, to focus on apprenticeships that can be directly redeemable in companies, to build the training plan of the person as close as possible to the needs of the sector or even the specific position. These periods are flexible, set up individually, repeated over time if necessary depending on the beneficiaries on similar or disparate business segments. They are legally framed and can take the form of internships in companies to complete an activator workshop or PMSMP (Professional Situation Period) depending on the case. Example of activating workshops identified today with the members of the Consortium Eloquence Workshops Ateliers Tremplin Numérique Atelier Ecole du spectator Workshops Workshops/Cohesion Programming Workshops Business creation Workshops Basic knowledge related to the promising and tensioning trades Workshops Soft skills Workshops Parentality Workshops of variable duration are scheduled regularly over time. Some work as permanent inputs and outputs. They have one thing in common: their pedagogical content is built around the desire to use learning methods that mobilise sensations, emotions, which offer times of “surprise” that allow us to fix memories. We will use, for example, puzzles to solve, quizzes, challenges between teams or pairs, there will be breaks in rhythm, intensity of attention in order to boost the interest of the beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this phase leave the scheme if they access: a job of more than 3 months, long qualification training ending beyond the maximum duration of a course (15 months) These outings are then considered positive. People without an employment solution at the end of their journey benefit from a roadmap and a ‘motivated’ orientation towards an actor in the public employment service.
