All training is aimed at job seekers and aims to develop their employability and skills in the labour market. An important part of this training programme is targeted at the sectors that have been most affected by the health crisis, namely tourism, construction and health and social professions. In order to become part of a more resilient society, this training programme places particular emphasis on training in the field of digital and green transition. In addition to the training activities, trainees benefit from various services, including the tasks of reception and information, counselling, guidance, recruitment, psychological support during training, accommodation, catering for trainees and follow-up and support for integration into employment. This operation also provides for the possibility for trainees enrolled in training activities, who do not have resources, to receive remuneration in order to cover the various costs incurred by the follow-up of the training.
