Technical assistance consists of supporting project leaders and ensuring the administrative management of the stages of a file co-financed or financed by European funds. The tasks of the staff in charge of technical assistance are, inter alia, the following: — communicate on the arrangements of the global grant, inform and advise potential beneficiaries, – support project owners throughout the operation, – participate in the definition of operations and ensure their instruction, – organise the programming of operations in connection with the pilot service, – ensure the administrative, financial and accounting follow-up of agreements co-financed by the European funds, – carry out on-site and on-site checks in order to secure the audit trail, – raise awareness of compliance with Community obligations, – respond to all external controls carried out in relation to the global grant, – promote the European funds within the department and ensure the necessary support, – communicate on the support of the European funds in Meuse.
