The management of the 2017-2020 Global Grant is structured around the following tasks: Management of the global grant (administrative and financial monitoring, relations with management and control bodies, follow-up of audits, etc.); Management of operations (calls for projects, admissibility, instruction, programming, agreement, on-the-spot visits, inspection of service carried out, archiving, etc.); Communication on the Intermediate Body Advisory and dissemination of information on co-financed projects; Methodological support for project leaders: creation and dissemination of qualified information, management tools, pedagogical tools, guides, Q & A, organisation of workshops and exchanges aimed in particular at identifying, capitalising on and disseminating good ESF practices. As the implementation of these tasks is highly interconnected, the operation consists of a single action sheet. All the tasks carried out are accurately described in the Description of Management and Control System (MSCS) updated in March 2022 as part of Addendum 2 to the Global Grant and will be carried out in accordance with this description.
