While measures to reduce housing problems exist in Reunion Island, many people still live in unworthy and unhealthy housing that reinforces their situation of social and economic exclusion. In order to overcome the situations of ill-housing and economic and social insecurity presented above, our project will consist of developing priority projects for the improvement of unsanitary and degraded housing by mobilising, on their own site, the inhabitants, but also volunteers and young volunteers in Civic Service experiencing difficulties of social and professional integration. As part of this program, we propose to focus on the development of the capacity to act of the inhabitants of the social park and volunteers in civic service.
