The purpose of the “Health Employment Course” benefit is to remove situations of blockage in the career path of the job seeker, in connection with his perception of his or her state of health. Depending on the situation and needs of the job seeker, the benefit must enable him/her to: • take into account the impact of his health situation on his return to employment, his potential and his willingness to act; • to understand the value of taking care of your health and, if necessary, to initiate an appropriate course of care and/or to be accompanied in the process of recognising your disability; • to determine the levers of action to reinvigorate its journey and promote a return to employment: • to benefit from psychological support to identify his/her support, potential and willingness to act & #8226;to benefit from a medico-social light to identify environments and/or working conditions compatible with his/her health situation, skills and transferable skills The Care Jobs service is an individual benefit, lasting up to six months. It can stop at the end of the 360° Diagnostic or at the end of the first four months, as soon as the objectives are achieved. The claimant(s) selected by Pôleemploi offers a benefit which includes: • a 360° diagnostic phase which aims to analyse the overall situation of the person and the perceived impacts of his/her health on his/her professional path; • a psychosocial and professional support phase; • a phase of conclusion and prospects at the end of the journey. This benefit is based on the recognition of a situation of blockage in the career path of the jobseeker, in connection with his state of health and hindering his professional integration. The proposal falls under the Pôle emploi decision, in agreement with the job seeker on the basis of a shared diagnosis. It can be considered in any type of interview between the counsellor or labour psychologist and the job seeker.
