As a whole, the project is structured around 4 operational axes: Support jobseekers who have been made redundant or who have lost their activity due to the crisis to enhance their transversal and transposable skills Professionnalise and train people impacted by the crisis with a view to retraining in employment Increase the employability of vulnerable people, including those under 30, through the acquisition of Softs Skills and professional immersions Animer, coordinate and communicate within the framework of the REACT-EU approach
