Our operation aims to increase the skills of companies and associations (heads of companies, representatives of structures or employees) in Martinique by accompanying actions on the following themes: Digitalised external communication, by the rise in skills and the implementation of the fundamental tools and levers of Digital Customer Relationship Marketing, by the rise in skills and the implementation of structural levers and tools for the management of the digitalised customer relationship Communication and internal collaboration digitalised, by raising awareness of the methodologies and digital tools for the management and optimisation of the efficiency of multimodal work (distancial/Presential mix) The identification of structures will be justified on the basis of the SIRENE sheet, the Extract of the Trade Register or the Extract of the Repertoire des Métiers. For employees of the structures, the certificate of the employer will be provided. Our project is divided into three actions: 01. An engineering phase, for the conceptualisation of the project, methodologies, platforms, content and tools, 02. A phase of recruitment and audit of structures, to source the structures and diagnose individually and individually the needs and priorities of each of them, 03. An accompaniment phase, to increase skills and ensure the transfer and autonomy of the know-how and the priority tools for each structure
