The project is divided into two actions: — Project coordination – The integration of 4 young people into the world of work Project coordination: A coordination officer was recruited to manage and monitor the project (administrative, budgetary, action programme, support for apprentices, etc.). Integration of the 4 young people into the world of work: CCAS has recruited four candidates (two of whom are enrolled in the PLIE or the local mission) to learn a trade and in parallel to be a support for the Directorates of EHPAD. Young people recruited under this project, accompanied in their apprenticeship as HR managers, will be entrusted with the following tasks (details in the attached job sheet): Professionalisation of alternators who will benefit from a broader culture at the HR level: Territorial Public Function/Hospital Public Function. This will enable them to become more employable after training. Participate in the general organisation of the training of staff, including the setting up of tools to structure training activities (mandatory and qualified) Consolidation of the general rules applicable to the staff of an establishment which is part of the territorial or hospital civil service. Structuring the replacement by the creation of a CCAS-specific pool service, with the aim of putting in place tools to enable staff to be assigned to CCAS establishments. Raise young people’s awareness of the issue of quality of life at work by leading them to reflect on tables for monitoring training actions, and to carry out interviews with staff in order to develop their culture concerning the different occupations. All the above-mentioned actions, although initially implemented at the level of the People Age sector, would ultimately aim to be reassessed and transposed to the other CCAS sectors, including the anti-exclusion sector, which is also particularly impacted by the pandemic. In order to optimise and guarantee the success of this project, it will be led by a project manager who will be recruited until the end of the valorisation phase.
