The project consists of creating employment and promoting the return to employment of people in difficulties. It makes it possible to reduce inequalities in the territory, by proposing: actions aimed at fragile people, support to beneficiaries on several strands and upskillings for employees through workshops and training. This project promotes the social and occupational inclusion of people away from employment through the implementation of support pathways, enabling them to access employment or training. The accompaniment course is organised as a continuation: Individualised accompaniment, which allows to identify the needs and brakes of each beneficiary in order to build an adapted path. Follow-ups are implemented throughout the duration of the project and three to six months later. The counsellor in professional integration and the technical supervisor work with the employees in insertion to remove the obstacles and become independent in social and professional life. —employment, allows beneficiaries to be confronted with the labour market and gain significant experience. —training, which allows the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Objectives: —removing peripheral barriers to professional integration, remobilising people furthest from the market to build a professional project. —build a personalised path and define each stage of its progress -Prepare and facilitate the social and professional reintegration of the beneficiaries – to develop their experiences, their autonomy, their professional skills – to set up social measures, training and support towards employment.
