Control and impulse of integration actions at the level of the territory of the community of Agglomeration of Vichy

The programme decided by the executive of the community is based on four axes describing its overall strategy for occupational integration. Axis 1 – Accompany, train, qualify, AXE 2 – Insert by Economic Activity, AXE 3 – Accompanying to and in employment, AXE 4 – To carry out this programme of actions, the community has dedicated an agent to its coordination and animation, who works with its partners of the SPE in close connection with the structures of integration through the economic activity of the territory as well as the Direccte and the services of the Conseil départemental de l’Allier. The Vichy Community also votes every year a substantial budget to help people who want to find a job in a sustainable way despite their social difficulties, or levels of training or more simply accidents in life. To date, it is the only EPCI to have a policy on integration through economic activity. Finally, Vichy Community finances a position of facilitator of relations-company shared between the structures of the integration of its basin. Its role is to promote a better integration of ACI employees into the companies that recruit. During 2020, the position of facilitator has evolved, allowing the employee as part of his missions to administer an insertion platform dedicated to employees of typology insertion allowing entrepreneurs holding the market of the community to respond to the clause of insertion present in all the calls for tenders launched by the community. In terms of the development of integration activities, a new insertion site via a call for tenders was launched on the former Monpertuis Manurhin site. A team of 8 employees works as part of the rehabilitation of this industrial site which should eventually regain all its brilliance; it is for this team to manage the 125 ha of green spaces, and carry out part of the curing of the 145 buildings present on the site. the market passed and entrusted to Galatée short over 3 years. The agglomeration continues to work towards the digital inclusion of integrated employees, thus promoting better integration in the workplace, allowing them to acquire digital skills through the opening of its Fablab. The goal is to acquire transferable skills using digital.
