the URASS-IFMES 2022 training offer: A key lever for skills development and occupational integration

Our project consists of a PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OFFER for all within the health and social sector. It has always been part of the regional strategy for vocational training of the Regional Council. In a difficult situation characterised in particular by a low rate of youth employment, an increase in education but also difficulties in the professional integration of young people with fewer graduates, the Regional Council of Martinique wished to strengthen the support of jobseekers in vocational training: by developing the individualisation of training pathways, by making the jobseeker involved in his/her professional integration, by accompanying training organisations in the implementation of educational content in accordance with the needs of economic actors, taking into account the experience gained in career paths It is within this framework that the URASS-IFMES: Institute of Training for Health and Social Educational Professions becomes the training operator which offers a range of professional training, qualification, certification, initial and continuous training as well as further training courses eligible for the personal account of training called CPF. The public to whom our project is addressed: for jobseekers, bachelor’s graduates and direct-track candidates (continuation of studies) The offer of professional training from the URASS-IFMES allows anyone whatever their level to access a competition in the health and social sector with or without the baccalaureate. In addition to vocational training courses ranging from level III to level VI, IFMES offers pre-training cycles; These aim to give trainees (young bachelors, job seekers or retraining employees) who wish to engage in the social sector, the opportunity to check the relevance and feasibility of their professional project on the one hand, and to improve their written and oral skills on the other hand in order to better understand the various tests of the competitions.
