Overall support is a form of follow-up and support for jobseekers. Intensive and personalised support is carried out simultaneously by a social worker of the Department and a Pôle emploi counsellor based on a shared employment/social diagnosis. The support is based on the volunteering of the job seeker. The two professionals ensure a coordinated follow-up of the actions they have proposed in their respective fields of intervention. The duration of the accompaniment is 6 months renewable and can be adjusted by mutual agreement. The employment adviser and the social work professional of the Department are co-responsible for the articulation of the course and its realisation. Local coordination between the departments of the Employment Centre and those of the Department is being put in place for a regular follow-up. The containment health provisions put in place by the government to contain the spread of the virus necessary for the good of all have had negative effects on the most vulnerable, isolated and precarious audiences and have significantly exacerbated the inequalities that undermine them. In order to prevent or limit the risk of social drop-out, social workers have intensified telephone and email exchanges and contacts to: — the realisation of the social diagnosis – the follow-up and the accompaniment of the participant – the realisation of aid files – the regular point with the partner (professional adviser Pôleemploi) of the follow-up and support carried out – exchanges with the partners... This project is carried out jointly with Pôleemploi in order to promote the sustainable social and occupational integration of jobseekers who face the most difficulties in situations of poverty or economic vulnerability.
