The proposed technical assistance is organised from a full-time ESF staff member dedicated to the management of the overall ESF grant of the Department of Ain. This staff member ensures that the files co-financed by the ESF are secured by ensuring that the various management steps are respected and comply with the European and national regulations in force, including: accompanying applications for ESF grants; investigating applications for ESF grants; entering data in the dematerialisation platform My ESF approach; planning and contracting of the selected operations; monitoring of the implementation of agreed operations (on-the-spot visits, monitoring of indicators, etc.); accompaniment for carrying out the balance sheets of the agreed operations; performance of the service checks carried out; payment of ESF appropriations; archiving of transaction files; monitoring of the global grant agreement, piloting of the model, requests for amendments... production of annual activity reports; participation in management dialogues with the delegated managing authority; implementation of increases in expenditure and monitoring of ESF reimbursements; legal monitoring of the rules on the use and management of European appropriations.
