‐ Human resources component: the main objective of this component is to equip the management system with personnel assigned to the preparation, management, training, publicity and communication, monitoring and implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the ESF. ‐ Mission strand: this component aims to enable participation, including outside the Meeting of staff responsible for the preparation, management, instruction, publicity and communication, monitoring and implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the ESF in seminars, working meetings dealing with Community issues. ‐ Operational aspects: this measure will cover operating costs relating to the preparation, management, instruction, publicity and communication, monitoring and implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of ESF actions carried out by the State, the Region and the Department. ‐ Investment component: these are investments contributing to the implementation of actions for preparation, management, instruction, publicity and communication, monitoring and implementation, coordination, control and evaluation. ‐ ESF external assistance and cross-cutting multi-fund actions: this component covers all outsourced operations relating to preparation, management, instruction, publicity and communication, monitoring and implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation relating either specifically to ESF/YEI programmes or expenditure related to the organisation of the various multi-fund events.
