It must also facilitate the follow-up of user requests for officers and allow an optimisation of the organisation and internal functioning of the partner communities. It will come in the form of several packages of services, gradually integrated into a citizens’ portal on the websites of the municipalities and the Agglomeration. In particular, it is expected to increase the number of online approaches on the municipalities of the Agglomeration.
