Rehabilitation and reconquest of the Tasdon marsh and the watercourse of La Moulinette

The project aims to restore a degraded wetland recognised with high stakes and high ecological potential with 6 habitats threatened at European level. It will have a positive effect on the quality of the water bodies concerned. The aim is to allow the expression of all the potentialities of the Tasdon marsh in terms of biocenotic and biodiversity and to restore its ecological functionalities. The project will help to rehabilitate existing wetlands and reclaim the 20 ha of backfilled marsh with high ecological potential. It will restore ecological continuity between the sea, marshes and upstream of the “La Moulinette” watercourse and will allow the circulation of heritage species such as otter, marbled triton, genette
