Launched in 2020 by two actors in the social and solidarity economy (ESS), ATIS and France Active Poitou-Charentes, POP is a nomadic incubator dedicated to SSE and social innovation in the departments of Vienna, Deux-Sèvres, Charente and Charente-Maritime that accompanies the emergence of projects in these two areas: — Raise awareness, detect and select potential project promoters – Accompany project leaders from the 4 departments of the former Poitou-Charentes region in the emergence and creation of responding companies – Inventing solutions to the socio-economic challenges of and from these territories
