In early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic affected France as a significant part of the planet. Its dangerousness and its high speed of transmission have forced the State, local authorities and all companies in our country to put in place the appropriate means of protection in order to limit its spread. On 30 January 2020, the World Health Organisation [WHO] declared the COVID-19 outbreak to be a public health emergency of international concern. This virus spreads mainly by droplets of saliva or nasal discharge, one of the most effective ways to limit the risk of contamination is the wearing of a mask, in addition to social distancing and respect for barrier gestures. As a result, as of March 18, the city of Le Havre launched orders for disposable masks in order to equip its agents as soon as possible. After prospecting complicated by the global shortage, the first orders for masks were placed on that date. The first deliveries took place immediately.
