Support for the functioning of the CPC as the OPI & E OP 2014-2020, in line with the main objective, will be supported by: maintaining the necessary human resources for the smooth implementation of the tasks of priority axis II of the OPI & E 2014-2020, related, inter alia, to implementation, financing, management, monitoring, information and communication and control of the implementation of cohesion policy. This will be achieved, inter alia, through the financing of wages and derivatives (principal remuneration; functional allowance; social and health insurance contributions paid by the employee and the employer; contribution to the Labour Fund, contribution to the PPK), additional annual remuneration; remuneration for the duration of annual leave; annual leave allowance; sick pay, overtime wages; prizes, bonuses and other allowances resulting from generally applicable laws or included in the Extraordinary Collective Labour Agreement for employees of PGL LP of 29 January 1998, as amended. (e.g. equivalent for wood). The project will pay derivatives on salaries: ZUS from DWR and tax on the prize paid to employees in December 2022 and the contribution of the PPK for December 2022. Since the CPC does not have the financial means to maintain the posts involved in the implementation of the tasks of the OPI & E, it is necessary to finance salaries under the technical assistance of the OPI & E 2014-2020. The actions taken are consistent with the Handbook of the applicant and beneficiary of the 2014-2020 cohesion policy programmes; Manual of applying for co-financing of remuneration for Intermediate and Implementing Bodies under priority axis X – Technical Assistance under OPI & E 2014-2020. The objective and scope of the project is consistent with the 2014-2020 OPI & E and the detailed description of the priority axes of the OPI & E 2014-2020 “Supporting the functioning of the institutions implementing the Programme and ensuring an efficient system for the implementation of the Programme”.
