The project (PR.) is aimed at 40 people (30K and 10M) experiencing multiple social and occupational exclusion (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, experiencing poverty, long-term or severely ill, including mentally ill, Ukrainian citizens residing in Poland in connection with war activities in Ukraine, residing/staying in the areas of Mazowieckie Voivodeship (WM): Piaseczyński Powiat (PP), Wołomiński (PW), Minsk (PM) and M. St. Warsaw (W). The main objective of the PR is to increase social and professional activity in the above-mentioned groups in order to prevent their isolation and exclusion from the labour market The social situation – in Poland at the time of the outbreak of the war in Ukraine – has undergone a dramatic change – the economic high level ended and the crisis began: prices of goods and services have risen most year-on-year since 1997. There is now a gradual acceleration in price growth. High inflation was influenced, among others, by large increases in prices related to housing, food prices (by 4.78 pp) and transport prices (1.61 pp). Goods increased by 18.7 % and services by 12.5 %. Prices of goods and services in connection with housing were the most – in September this year they were 26.0 % higher than a year earlier for the use of an apartment or house, energy carriers were paid 29.9 % more than a year ago. Prices of energy carriers increased the most – by 44.3 %, and heating (price increase by 172.2 %!), much more expensive gas – by 35.6 % and heating charges – by 21.0 % and for electricity – by 5.1 %.
