The aim of the project is to improve key and digital competences as well as transferable skills and attitudes by 70 students. (37DZ/33CH) Primary School in Izabelin (address: ul.3 Maja 49, 05-080 Izabelin, hereinafter referred to as the SIA), through the implementation of a support programme until XII.2023, including the implementation of additional extracurricular activities for pupils, training for teachers, as well as equipping the SPI with tools for learning mathematical and natural subjects. The project responds to the diagnosed needs of the SPI (this is the only public SP in the Commune), which were included in the diagnosis carried out by the SPI (Directorate) to assess the legitimacy of the support. The diagnosis was prepared before the application was submitted on the basis of up-to-date data from 2023. (tools: internal consultations within the pedagogical council, interviews with parents/teachers, data analysis: ex.zewn.) The diagnosis showed that there is a need to expand/update the education offer. SPI in response to the requirements of the school by the current civilizational development (including the labour market) and the growing expectations of parents. The diagnosis indicated the existence of development needs in approx. 9 % of school students (i.e. 76 students from 855 all school students) primarily in the field of mathematical sciences, computer sciences, natural sciences using experimentation.
