As part of this project, the preparation of 25 energy audits for 25 public sector buildings in Szczuczyn Municipality will allow, among others, to determine the possibility of energy savings, convertible to reducing primary energy consumption. The project corresponds to the type of operation specified in the Competition Rules, i.e.: “Preparation of energy audits for public sector buildings, which will allow, inter alia, to identify the potential for energy savings, convertible to reducing primary energy consumption”. As part of the action, audits will be carried out, among others, for 18 rural commons, 1 sports hall, TSO headquarters, Centre for Enterprise Development, 2 schools, Office Headquarters. The prepared energy audits will comply with the provisions on the preparation of such studies, i.e.: Act of 21.11.2008 on support for thermomodernisation and renovations and on central register of emissions of buildings (Journal of Laws of 2022,438, as amended); Regulation of the Minister for Development of 17 March 2009. Furthermore, the provisions contained in energy audits will comply with the provisions on pollutant emissions and energy efficiency laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws 2022.1225, as amended). In the case of the establishment or modernisation of a heating device in the audit under development, the project’s heat sources will be characterised by the applicable minimum level of energy efficiency and emission standards of pollutants, as defined in Directive 2009/125/EC of 21.10.2009 and Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1189 of 28.4.2015. The project will be implemented in the period from 4.5.2023 to 31.12.2023. The total value of the Project and the total eligible costs are set at PLN 615 000,00. The grant amount is PLN 522 750,00.
