The main objective of the project is to prevent inactivity of 82 employees of the Silesian Academy due to their health status and prolong their professional activity by modernising workplaces and training activities in the period 01.10.2023-30.11.2023. The target group consists of 82 employees of the Silesian Academy (59K/23M) employed in Katowice and Zabrze in administrative and office positions (person 62 i.e. 47K/15M) and workers (20 persons, i.e. 12K/8M).Period of realisation:01.10.2023 – 30.11.2023 at the Silesian Academy. Tasks in the project: Z1 Training (training activity) includes training in the field of work ergonomics of employees employed in administrative – office and labour positions. Z2 Modernisation of workplaces (preventive action).
