The aim of the project is to eliminate risk factors and facilitate remaining employees of the Metropolitan Office of Upper Silesia-Zagłębie Metropolis by implementing a health program to reduce the impact of health risk factors in the workplace. The planned activities include the implementation of a health-promoting strategy at the Office, which assumes the elimination or minimisation of physical and psychosocial health risk factors. It will be implemented through modernisation of workplaces (including the purchase of ergonomic seats, supports under the back, headrests, footrests), training and information activities related to, among others, stress management and burnout, improvement of driving technique and ergonomics. A total of 101 people are expected to be employed in the UM GZM during the project implementation period.
