The aim of the project will be to reduce health risk factors in the Municipal Office in Silesian Town through comprehensive support including the implementation of training activities and modernisation of the ergonomics of workplaces for 41 employees (K: 32, M: 9) in the period from 02-01-2023 to 30-09-2023. The target group consists of 41 employees (K: 32, M: 9) Municipal Office in Silesian Town, including 10 people over 50 years of age. The project will contribute to counteracting professional inactivity due to the state of health and extortion of professional activity of employees of the Municipal Office in Silesian City by implementing comprehensive support in accordance with the diagnosed needs and specificities of workplaces, including the implementation of two components: 1) educational and information component (awareness activities) 2) a component related to the modernisation of workplaces (preventive measures), in accordance with the Analysis of the occurrence of adverse health factors in the City Hall of Silesia.
