The planned investment is located in Staszów district, Staszów commune, in the southern part of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Construction of the Staszów bypass begins on the section DW764 in km approx. 4 + 828,32 and ends at DW757 in km approx. 6 + 268,22; length of 1.39 km. The road runs on a new trail, in semi-cultivated areas and green areas. Material scope: construction of a new trace of the DW757, a walking-bike path, a bridge over the river Desta in km 5+ 796,60, which will ensure safe transport by car and walking and cycling, and will additionally serve as a lower passage for small animals. Parameters of the bridge object: total length 31.0 m, total width 12.8 m, military load class MLC 120, 100, STANAG 2021. In addition, the investment will include additional roadways corresponding to the technical parameters of Class D, roundabout and pavement within the roundabout, drainage and rainwater sewerage, environmental protection devices, including culverts under the main road constituting a dry passage for amphibians/small animals, construction of intersections, construction/reconstruction of downhills, vertical and horizontal markings and road safety elements, railings and street lighting. Technical parameters: class G, traffic category: KR4, single carriageway, two lane with carriageway width 7.0 m (2x3.5 m), side by side width. 1.5 m (2x0.75 m) and double-sided safety band 1.0 m (2x0.5 m). Surface load capacity 115kN/axle. Bicycle path by west. 2.5 m widened to 3.0 m. The project is in line with the specific objective of Action 5.1 Road Infrastructure of the Świętokrzyskie Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 – increased transport accessibility and improved regional security of the TEN-T network complementing the TEN-T network under investment priority 7b – increasing regional mobility by connecting secondary and tertiary nodes with TEN-T infrastructure, including multimodal hubs, as the road will have a load capacity of 115kN/axle.
